I know you've heard it. You've been told to tithe. You've been told to give.
Yet, there are millions of good, hard working Christians who do that, but they can't seem to get ahead. I understand. I've been there. I was a giver when I was broke and in debt...and I'm still a giver today.
It wasn't my giving that made the difference. It really wasn't.
In most churches you only hear part of the story. You hear about giving, but you don't hear about the other elements that are essential to receive God's blessings on your finances.
And it's not because anyone is purposely holding back information. I don't believe they are. It's simply because most ministers don't know what YOU need to do to receive God's blessings.
They're called to be in the ministry. God's will for them is to be supported by the ministry. They're given "miracle" checks and offerings that take care of their needs. The majority of believers are not in full-time ministry, so God's plan to meet your needs and supply abundance to you is different.
In all my life...and in all my giving...never once has anyone walked up to me and handed me a check to help with my bills. I have ministered at churches and have received offerings, but they have never been a major source of income for me.
My income and my financial freedom came from my business. That's my calling in life...a Christian entrepreneur. You might be called to the same. Or you might be called to work your job joyfully as a "marketplace minister."
God's supply for you will come through blessing your job, your business, or your investments. He wants to give you knowledge of witty inventions and bless you at everything you put your hand to.
And He has so much more for you than you've ever imagined before. For example, while I've never received that "miracle check," I've been blessed to have given them to others many times.
